摘要
以压铸件的三维实体模型为基础, 利用中间文件STL求得有关压铸件的体积、质量等参数, 通过液态预测得到压铸机和模具的PQ2 图, 求出最佳内浇口面积。分析了两种典型的横浇道——扇型浇道和切线型浇道的设计方法。通过上述方法可提高压铸模的设计效率, 缩短设计周期。
Based on 3-D solid modelling of die casting part,the parameters of die casting part such as volume,weight etc,were got by the STL file,the prime gating area were got by PQ2 of machine and die casting dies.Design methods of two representative runner—the fan gate and tapperd runner,were analyzed.By above methods,the design efficiency is increased and the design periods is shortened.
