摘要
介绍了应用于教学领域及国家职业技能考核, 集多媒体教学、实验、实习、科研于一体的多功能综合设备。利用计算机技术、自动控制技术、液压技术, 把技能培训与虚拟技术结合起来。激发学生的学习兴趣, 提高学生的独立思考能力和综合能力。学生可自行设计液压系统方案, 运用PLC编程, 不用任何工具对液压元件进行拆装, 独立操作。该设备填补了液压教学的空白, 解决了液压原理教学的难题, 用多媒体代替了传统的黑板教学。
The composite equipment that is used for teaching field and national vocational technical ability appraisement was introduced,which has the functions of multimedia teaching,experiment,practice and scientific research.The equipment that combines the technical ability training with the development of advanced equipment manufacture industry by utilizing computer skills,automatic and hydraulic technique,can stimulate the students’ interests,help them think independently,and improve their composite abilities.With this equiment,the students can design scheme of hydraulic system,program by PLC,assemble and disassemble the hydraulic components independently with no instrument.The equipment supplies a new way of hydraulic teaching and solves the problems in hydraulic principle teaching.
