摘要
介绍了一种恒频脉宽调制细分驱动器, 用CPLD来实现步进电机细分控制, 利用场效应管作为功率驱动开关管,使步进电机获得更高的性能。恒频脉宽调制细分驱动器比常见的直流电压斩波驱动器具有明显的优越性, 不仅能够显著改善低频稳定性和高频矩频特性, 而且能够有效地利用能量。实验证明, 该驱动器具有良好的适应性、稳定性、可靠性以及自保护能力。
A step motor subdivision driver of constant frequency PWM was developed based on CPLD and MOSFET.Stepping motors performance is improved greatly.The driver advantage is more obvious than the familiar direct current switch-voltage one.Not only has it improves the stability in low frequency and the torque-speed characteristic in high frequency of the stepping motor,and can utilize energy availably.It was proved that the driver has nice adaptation,stability,reliability and self-protection ability.
