活血益气方药对心肌梗死后心力衰竭大鼠心肌细胞凋亡的影响

Effects of the Activating Blood,Nourshing Qi Prescription on Myocardial Apoptosis of Heart Failure Rats after Myocardial Infarction

目的 研究活血益气方药对心肌梗死后心力衰竭大鼠心肌细胞凋亡的影响。方法 以左冠状动脉结扎致急性心肌梗死大鼠为模型 ,造模后分别给予活血、益气、气血注射液及卡托普利治疗 ,采用TUNEL、免疫组化方法检测模型、假手术及给药动物的心肌细胞凋亡情况及凋亡调控基因的表达。结果 不同治则中药对心肌细胞凋亡有明确的抑制作用 ,以活血药物的作用最好 ;中药可以显著上调抑制凋亡基因的表达和下调促凋亡基因的表达。结论 不同治则中药对心肌梗死后心力衰竭心肌细胞凋亡有抑制作用 ,可能通过影响凋亡相关基因的表达起作用。

Objective To investigate the effects of activating blood,nourshing qi prescription on myocardial apoptosis of heart failure rats after acute myocardial infarction.Methods The rats of acute myocardial infarction subjected to coronary artery occlusion were treated separately with the activating blood,nourishing qi,and injection for nourishing qi to activate blood, and captopril.The myocardial apoptosis of rats were detected with methods of TUNEL and immunocytochemistry after treating.Results The prescriptions of different treating principles had obvious inhibition effect to apoptosis and the activating blood drugs had best effect,P<0.01(activating blood group vs nourishing qi group and nourishing qi to activate blood group).Conclusion The chinese medicine could up-regulate the expression of inhibition apoptosis gene and down-regulate the expression of promoting apoptosis gene too,which might be the way of inhibition of apoptosis.
