通过从多方面总结了张敏州教授中西医结合治疗冠心病的经验 ,把现代医学先进的心脏介入治疗与中医的辨证论治结合起来 ,在临床上对冠心病进行分阶段治疗 ,分为术前、术中、术后 3个阶段 ,每个阶段根据其不同特点 ,采用不同的中西医治疗策略 ;强调临床中要明确中西医诊断 ,抓住最佳治疗时机 ,采用最好方法 ,以取得最大疗效 ;重视中成药的广泛应用并从病因病机上阐述冠心病的研究方向和治疗思路。

This article sums up Professor Zhang Minzhou's experience in CHD with TCM and west medicine. Professor Zhang devides the treatment of CHD into three parts:Before PCI、In PCI、After PCI. He bands together the modern medical PCI technology and TCM's differentiation and treatment. It has different characters and different treating strategies with TCM and West Medicine in every part. He emphasized that we definite the diagnosis of disease,get the best time of the treating and adopt the best mothod, so that we can get the best curative effect.He attaches importance to the wide using of “prepared herbal formula”. At the same time, he expatiates the studies and treating ways of CHD in the pathogeny and pathology.
