摘要
本文通过考查铸坯形状、摩擦条件、变形条件等因素与孔洞压实变形的关系,找到一种既能有效地压实孔洞,又能减少塑性不高的铸坯锻裂倾向的坯料形状及相应的变形方法。
By analysing the relationships between the factors of castingshape frictional conditions, deforming conditions et. al and hole densification deformation, we find out the blank shape and deforming method which can both compact the holes effectively and decrease cracks of casting with low plasticity.
