摘要
在热解反应器的上部设置混合段 ,在混合段内安装几层特制的挡板 ,固体热载体与煤颗粒在进入热解反应器之前先进入混合段 ,在挡板的作用下依靠重力进行快速分散、混合 ,然后落入反应器内进行热解反应 .实验在 1 kg煤~ 1 0 kg热载体的间歇粉煤快速热解反应装置上进行 ,并与用螺旋搅拌桨进行搅拌混合的热解实验结果进行了比较 .结果表明 ,在混合段内设置几层挡板是一种非常有效的混合方式 ,可以被用于炉前低温干馏过程 .
Mixing sect is set at the top of the pyrolysis reactor. And four fanlike baffles with tapered constriction are equipped in it. Coal and heat-carriers are fed into mixing sect before flowing into the pyrolysis reactor. In the mixing sect coal and heat-carriers are dispersed and mixed quickly by the action of baffles under gravity. Experiments are carried out in the batch reactor of fine coal fast pyrolysis which scale is 1 kg coal and 10 kg heat-carriers. And the results are compared with the pyrolysis experimental results in which coal and heat-carriers are mixed by screw propeller. It shows that it is a very effective mixing type and can be used in the process of low temperature pyrolysis.
