摘要
本文应用渗碳动力学理论,在分析各渗碳因素的基础上,总结前人的成果,导出了渗碳深度模型: x=193.2C_b·1n(1+(1-C′2)^(1/2)/C′·exp((-8287)/T)t^(1/2)实践验证表明,本模型能反映渗碳实际条件,计算精度较高。讨论了本模型短期渗碳的误差问题,并列出了渗碳深度的修正式:x=kt^(1/2)
Basing on the factors of carbarization author integrated forerunners'experience and derived the mould of carburized depth by using the theory of carburizing dynamics, as following:
x=193.2C_bln 1+(1-C′~2)^(1/2)/C′ exp(-8287/T)t^(1/2)
Research work shows that the mould of carburized depth can represent the real piece, the mould has high accuracy rate.
The error problem of short time curburized in this mould is discussed in this paper and its correction mould is: x=kt^(1/2)-D/β
