一种传染病员运送负压隔离舱内环境的优化研究

The study on optimization of inner environment of a negative pressure isolator for transportation of infectious disease patient

目的:研究确定一种传染病员运送负压隔离舱合适的负压条件。方法:在不同负压条件下对空气过滤器的过滤效率和阻力、舱内环境指标和使用者生理参数进行测试。结果:不同的负压条件除了对空气过滤器的过滤效率没有影响外对其它各项性能都有较大的影响。结论:舱内外压差在-30～-50Pa条件下,舱内环境指标和人体生理指标较为理想。

Objective Study and determine the suitable negative pressure condition for a negative pressure isolator. Method The filter efficiency, pressure, capabilities of inner environment and physiological parameters of the user were tested in different negative pressure conditions. Results The different negative pressure conditions influence above mentioned capabilities of the isolator considerably except for the filter efficiency Conclusion Under the conditions of -30Pa～-50Pa,those are optimized the capabilities of inner environment and physiological parameters of the user.
