摘要
目的探讨颈椎间盘突出症的综合治疗效果。方法回顾颈椎间盘突出症158例,综合治疗82例,药物治疗76例。结果综合治疗组痊愈56例,治愈率相对提高26%,复发率相对降低46%。结论综合治疗能够增强疗效、缩短疗程,减少复发。
Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive treatment of protrusion of the cervical intervertebral disc. Methods We reviewed 158 cases of protrusion of the cervical intervertebral disc. Of them, 82 were treated comprehensively and 76 only with medicines. Results 56cases in the group treated comprehensively were cured, the cure rate being 26% higher and the recurring rate 46% lower relatively. Conclusions Comprehensive treatment can increase curative effect, shorten course of treatment and reduce recurring rate.
