摘要
研究了木枣组培苗叶片中总糖、蛋白质、脂肪、Vc含量的变化。结果表明 :木枣叶片中总糖、蛋白质、脂肪和Vc含量变幅分别为2 .73 %~ 4.0 9%、6.71%~ 10 .47%、1.76%~ 2 .2 7%、0 .0 40 3 %~ 0 .0 63 0 %。这 4种化学物质的含量在木枣组培苗叶片生长 3 0~ 3 5d时达到最高峰 ,并且存在着一定的变化规律。
Study on the changes of four substances content(total sugar, protein, fat and vitamin c) in plantlet leaf from Z.jujuba Muzao tissue culture was conducted.By determining, total sugar content was 2.73%~4.09%;protein content was 6.71%~10.47%; fat content was 1.76%~2.27%;vitamin c content was 0.0403%~0.0630% in leaf of Z.jujuba Muzao.This four substances content reaching to the maximum line was in 30~35d of Z.jujuba Muzao growth and had a certain changed rule.
