植物提取物对卫矛尺蠖卵的毒杀效果

Studies on Extracts of Plants as Ovicides against Abraxas miranda

以卫矛尺蠖卵为研究对象 ,对博落茴 (Macleyacordata)、雷公藤 (Triptergiumwilfordii)茎、皂荚 (Gleditsiasinensis)刺和苦参 (Sophoraflavescens)根等 4种植物材料的乙酸乙酯及石油醚提取物的杀卵活性进行了测定。结果表明 :博落茴的乙酸乙酯提取物对卫矛尺蠖卵有较好的杀伤力 ,校正未孵化率高达 94.2 7% ;雷公藤的乙酸乙酯提取物和苦参的石油醚提取物对卫矛尺蠖卵的孵化也有明显的抑制作用。

The ovicidal activity,as against Abraxas Miranda,of the acetidin and petroleum ether extracts from 4 plants,Macleya cordata,Triptergium wilfordii,Gleditsia sinensis,and Sophora flavescens,was studied,Results indicated that the extract from Macleya cordata with acetidin could effectively reduce the percentage of egg-incubation,the ovicidal rate reached 94.27%;the ovicidal action of the extract from Triptergium wilfordii with acetidin and the extract from Sophora flavescens with petrloeum ether was also spectacular.
