县级市公共图书馆相对于大城市公共图书馆来说, 可以称得上是“弱势群体”, 它们由于经费不足、人才匮乏等原因, 经常处于“巧妇难为无米之炊”的境地。文章论述县级市公共图书馆管理工作方面的一些策略。

Comparing with large city public libraries , the county public library is weak and small ,it is difficult to develop for a great shortage of outlay and talented people .Some development strategies of municipal public library are described in this article .
