关于建立全国高校文献检索课教学管理系统的构想

Reflections on the Construction of the Teaching and Managerial System for the Academic Document Retrieval Course throughout China

文章首先归纳总结了全国高校文献检索课开设 20余年来存在的一些问题, 接着运用系统论的原理和方法分析了这些问题存在的根本原因, 并根据系统论的基本定律及原则, 提出建立一个与全国高校文献检索课教学系统相适应的文献检索课教学管理系统的构想, 以便从根本上解决上述存在的问题, 并对全国各高校文献检索课的教学工作实行全面的系统化管理, 从而获得整个教学系统最佳的整体综合效应。

This article starts by summing up some of the problems existing in the academic courses of document retrieval for over 20 years, then analyzes the fundamental causes by applying the guiding principles and methods of Systematic Theories, and on the basis of which puts forth a hypothesis concerning the setting up teaching of the academic courses of document retrieval in all over China so as to solve the above-mentioned problems and exercise a systematic management in the teaching of the academic courses of document retrieval throughout the country, in order to achieve the maximal effects in the teaching system.
