On the Continuing Education for the Librarians in Vocational Technical Colleges under the Network Environment

通过分析职业技术学院图书馆发展现状和存在的问题, 以及网络环境对图书馆员继续教育的新要求, 提出了图书馆员继续教育的实施途径。

Based on the status and existing problems of the library of vocational technical colleges, this paper points out that the continuing education is necessary to the librarians under the network environment. Finally, some countermeasures are proposed.
