摘要
在普通的高温拉伸机上施行增速拉伸法能更好地进行超塑性拉伸试验。本文探讨了该法的数学原理,分析了它对载荷及试样变形的影响。通过对Ti—451合金超塑变形试验发现,采用该法,材料能表现出更为真实而优越的超塑性能。这对于材料的超塑成形生产具有重要的指导意义。
It is more helpful to apply the method of accelerating tension to do superplastic tensile experiment on normal high—temperature tensile machine.In this paper, the mathematical fundamentals of accelerating tensile method is explored, and its effects on load and deformation are analyzed. Through testing Ti-451 alloy with superplastic deformation it is found that material can present real and superior superplasticity by used this method. This is quite significant to the superplastic production of material.
