摘要
本文对国内外新建成的无模拉伸机的技术参数进行了考察。通过无摸拉仲碳家钢的实验,研究了无模拉伸工艺参数特性及其变化规律,以及无模拉伸对材料组织及性能的影响。结果表明,无模拉伸的断面减缩率只取决于拉伸速度及加热圈与冷却装置的移动速度之比;其极限断面减缩率的大小依赖于变形区中所能形成的最大温度梯度;无模拉仲加工使材料加工时的塑性大大提高,拉伸加工后的组织为双相微细组织的混合物,其性能为快速冷却时残留的加工硬化效应。
Technological paramete of the dieless drawing machine which was firslly built in our country recently were investigated in this paper. after experment of drawing carbon steels, characteristics and varied reg(?)l(?)rs of technological parameters of dieless drawing were reseached, and it's affections on structure and performance were also analyzed. Research results show that the rate of reduction of cross—section after dieless drawing is decided by ratio of drawing speed to moving speed of heating coil and colding unit, and the maximum rate of reduction of cross-section is dependent on the maximum teperature differential in deformation region. Results also show that plasticity of materials is increased during dicless drawing process, and its structure presents biphase microstructure and its performance appears that of work-hardening owing to fast colding process.
