摘要
利用正交实验法研究了对苯二甲酸、乙二醇和阻燃单体HPPPA三元共聚体系的反应规律,确定了缩聚反应的最优反应条件.通过对产物阻燃性能、热稳定性以及流变性能的研究,发现产物具有良好的综合性能.
A flame-retardant copolyester containing phosphorus in the main chain of macromolecules was synthesizedfromterephthalic acid, ethylene glycoland 2-carboxyethyl(phenylphosphinic) acid (HPPPA). An optimum reaction condition for synthesizing the copolyester was determined by theorthogonal design method. The resulting copolyesterswere characterized by FTIR. The thermal stability, rheological property and flame retardancy of copolyesters were also investigated. This kind of copolyester containing phosphorus in the main chain has very good stability andflame retardancy, and can be used to manufacture the flame retardant fibers.
