摘要
从云南邦拿掌温泉中采集样品,经过多次富集、筛选,最后分离出6株高温严格厌氧纤维素分解细菌.通过随机扩增多态性DNA(RAPD)分析,研究了这6株形态、生理、代谢特性相似的高温严格厌氧纤维素分解菌的遗传多样性,并根据实验统计数据作出6株菌的亲缘关系图.同时对产酶活性较高的B7细菌进行16SrDNA序列分析,确定了其系统分类地位.
Collection the specimen was isolated from Bang Na Zhang thermal spring,Yun Nan province Several strict thermophilic celluloytic anaerobic bacteria was isolated after plentful enrichment and filtrationThe genetic diversity of these bacteria,which the characters of their morpha、phsiological propetry and metabolism were resemblant,was decided by doing the experiment of random amplified polymorphic DNA ((RAPD))The genetic relation of several stains of Bang was done with statistical data of RAPDThe phylogenetic analysis based on 16S rDNA suggest strain B7 one of these bacteria which cellulose was more peak and stabilization
