胎儿头盖骨在中耳乳突手术的应用

THE APPLICATION FETAL SKULL IN THE OPERATION OF MASTOID PROCESS

采用胎儿头盖作为充填材料行外耳骨壁、听骨链重建及乳突腔充填术治疗慢性化脓性中耳炎31例,并进行了15个月～25个月的随访观察。结果表明:所有患者术后均取得了满意结果,平均语言听力提高了22.5分贝(db),且无并发症。此类充填材料来源丰富,制备简单,便于临床推广应用。

Reconstructions of external acoustic meatus wall, auditory ossicular chain and mastoid cavity plombage were performed in 31 cases with chronic suppurative otitis media. For the first time, the fetal skull was used as filling material in these operations. And the follow—up observations lasted from 15 to 25 months. The results showed that all the patients obtained satiafactory effects and their average aural ability was increased by 22.5 decibel. No complications occured. The fetal skull can be found and prepared easily, which makes it a promising filling material clinically.
