摘要
为了解我国棉纺织印染工人的死亡情况,于1992年3月在某省番乡调查了9572名从事棉纺印染工作五年及以上的工人,包括161名死者。结果表明:恶性肿瘤是该人群的第一位死因;男、女工和全人群的全死因及全癌死亡显著高于对照;男工消化系肿瘤及泌尿系疾病有超额死亡;女工白血病病死率高;以上结果均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。提示在棉纺印染工业环境中有职业危害因素。
In this paper 9572 workers whose working experience was over five years in cotton millx, dyeing and printing factories were investigated during the periods of March, 1992. Among them 161 were dead. The results showed that the maeignant tumors were the first cause of death. The mortality rates of the general mortal causes and of tumors were higher than those of controls (P<0.05), especially in males with gastrointestinal tumors, and females with leukemia. The data suggest that there exist the occupational hazards in the production enviroment of cotton mill, dyeing and printing factories
