党内民主是党的生命。用制度保障党员的民主权利和平等关系,是发展党内民主的基石;完善党的代表大会制度和党的委员会制度,实行党代表大会常任制,是发展党内民主的重点;实行党的决策权、执行权和监督权的分离与制约,是发展党内民主、确保党内权力健康运行的关键。

s: The democracy inside the Party is the life of our Party. To guarantee Party members' right and equality in system is the footstone to develop Party's democracy. It is a main point to develop Party's democracy to perfect Party's representative conference system as well as Party's committee system and exert Party's representative conference permanent system. To exert the division and restraint of Party's decisive right, executive right and supervising right is the key to develop Party's democracy and to ensure the healthy operation of Party's right.
