摘要
研究39例膀胱气钡双重造影检查,并与传统碘剂造影、B超及膀胱镜进行了比较。结果表明气钡双重造影对膀胱病变是一种十分敏感而精确的检查方法(敏感性100％、特异性97.4％)能够清晰显示膀胱壁的解剖细节并能对微小病变作出早期诊断,本方法可为手术方案的制定提供准确的依据。
Thirty-nine patients were examined by double contrast cystro-graphy and the re sults were compared with those by readitional iodine cystrography, ultrasonography and cystoscophy. It was demonstrated that double contrast cystrography was a sensitive and accurate method for the diag nosis of cystipathy (sensitivity : 100% ; specificity: 97.4%). By using this method, the anatomical characterisitic of cyst wall can be revealed clearly, so that the earllydiagnosis can be established, espe cially for the diagnosis of mall lesion, which provide a useful reference for surgical intervention.
