摘要
以DCG探讨了800例中、老年人时辰节律与心脏功能的相关性。心率在9点~13点最快,4点~6点相对较慢,呈单峰曲线。室性早搏、心肌缺血、心肌梗塞的发病,好发于8:30和23:30左右,与“正常”组相比,P<0.01。机理推测:昼夜规律与静息状态下,正值潜在刺激物高峰期有关。刺激物有儿茶酚胺、皮质醇。血液粘度、纤溶系统功能降低导致高凝状态,致使血栓形成、冠状动脉血流阻力增加。
By using DCG, we studied the relationship between circadian rhythm and cardiac function of 800 aged people. The result showed that the fastest heart beat occurred from 9: 00 to 13: 00 and the slowest heart beat occurred from 4: 00 to 6: 00, a single curve appeared; ventricular prema ture bear, myocardial ischemia and myocar-dial infarction usually occurred at 8: 30 and 23: 30. Com pared with those of the normal group, the difference is significant (P<0. 01). Mechanism may be that day and night pattern has a relationship with latent stimulati' s summit during resting state, the stmu lati included catecholamine, Cortisol, blood visosity. The function of fibrinolytic cystem' s decrease may resulted in hypercoagulabilitic state, thrombosos and coronary artery resistance increasement.
