LEED and the Application of Solar Energy in Buildings

通过对美国绿色建筑委员会(USGBC)制定的绿色建筑评估体系——能源与环境设计先导(LEED)中对在建筑中利用可再生能源尤其是太阳能的分析,介绍了其有关的条款和相应采取的技术措施,以及美国官方为推进在建筑中利用太阳能和太阳能与建筑一体化所制定的政策计划。并对比了我国在这方面的发展情况。

By analyzing the items of application of renewable energy especially solar energy in buildings embodied in LEED (Leadership in Energy && Environmental Design Building Rating System), the paper ntroduces technological strategies advised by USGBC(The U.S. Green Building Council), and the policies set up by US government about Application of Solar Energy in Buildings and the integration of solar energy and buildings . In addition, the status quo of our country is compared in this article.
