肋段切除和哈氏器械矫正脊柱融合术治疗脊柱侧弯畸形8例分析

RIB SEGMENTS RESECTION AND HARRINGTON'S APPLIANCE CORRETION AND SPINE FUSION IN CORRECTION OF CONVEX DEFORMITY IN SCOLIOSIS: ANALYSIS OF 8 CASES

对8例脊柱侧弯伴胸廓凸背畸形者采用肋段切除胸廓成形加Harrington器械支撑脊柱融合术,术后随访1年—3年,病人外形较术前明显改善,凸峰高度平均降低2.6cm,Cobb角平均减少30.5°,身高平均增长3.2cm。手术效果明显,并发症少,是一种矫正脊柱侧弯伴胸廓凸背畸形较理想的联合手术。

We had performed a resection of the partion of the ribs forming scoliosis and poste rior spine fusion, and used Harrington' s appliance in 8 cases. The patie(?) were followed up for 1 to 3 years. The appearance of the patients had greatly improved. The lever of the posterior convex have reduced averages 2. 6cm. The cobb's angle have reduced averages 3. 2cm. The operation have less complication and have achieved good results. This is a kind of more satisfactory unite operation which can correct scoliosis and posterior convex deformity.
