国人胎儿主泪腺的组织发生和分化

摘要 用常规组织学及组织化学的方法,在光镜下观察了8周~40周引产胎儿主泪腺的发育和分化过程。结果表明,主泪腺于第10周开始发生,16周时腺泡还未分化,仍为实体细胞团。18周~21周,腺泡及腺泡腔均较小,胞质内可见少量分泌颗粒。23周~28周腺细胞进一步分化,胞质中分泌颗粒增多。30周以后腺泡间结缔组织减少,腺泡数量增多而密集,腺细胞呈多型性,可分出浆液性、粘液性和未分化细胞。腺的结构类似于成体。Grimelius硝酸银染色,腺泡及导管细胞的胞质内均未见嗜银颗粒。 Development and differentiation of the main laerimal gland in human felals from 8 to 10 weeks were studied by the method of routine histology and histochemistry. It was found that the development of the lacrimal gland began at the 10th week. But it was until the 16th week there were some solid cell mass in the gland. From 18th to 21th weeks, the lacrimal acinar had a small cavity and a few secratory granulars in the cells. After 30th week the acinar beanie dense with the polymorphic cells. It was aso demonstrated that there were no argyrophilic granular in the cells of both acinar and duct.
