分析205例交通事故引起的颌面损伤,发现以下颌骨骨折、颧弓骨折常见;软组织损伤以唇部最多。对无移位的下颌骨骨折仅颅颌弹性绷带便可治愈;凹陷性颧弓骨折用巾钳牵拉复位简便易行;软组织损伤清创应彻底;应尽力提高颌面部损伤早期处理质量。

The paper analyzed 205 cases of maxillofacial injury by traffic accidents. The authors found that the fractures of mandible and zygomatic arch are more common. Lip injury is the most common in soft tissue traumas. The craniomaxillary elastic bandage was only used for no-transpositing mandibular fractures and the fractures would heal. It is simple that towel forleps traction was used for depressed fracture of zygomatic arch. The epluchage of soft tissue should be thoroughgoing and did our best to treat maxillofacial injury as soon as possible.
