介绍了供热行业热计量收费的改革趋势 ,从供热企业与热用户等相关各方所处的角色、节能意识、工作方法观念的转变等作了阐述 ,对我国供热行业的健康发展具有一定意义。
It introduces reformative tendency of heating charge by measure in heating profession and illustrates transformation of roles between heating enterprise and heating consumers、consciousness of saving energy and idea of working method,which has certain significance to healthy development of heating profession in China.
