摘要
应用间接SPA花环法检测了57例血栓闭塞性脉管炎患者的外周血T细胞亚群,并以50例正常人作为对照。结果表明:血栓闭塞性脉管炎患者在活动期和稳定期CD_3、CD_4和CD_8细胞的百分率均明显低于正常对照组,其中以活动期CD_8百分率下降最明显,CD_4/CD_8比值明显升高,稳定期CD_4/CD_8比值与正常组无统计学意义。
T cell subset of peripheral blood in 51 patients with TAO were studied with indirect SPA rosette test. The results were compared with those of the normal control group, It was found that the percentage of CD_3, CD_4 and CD_8 cells at active and stable phases of the patients was much lower than that of the control group. Of them, the ratio between CD_4 and CD_8 cells was raised greatly, while these was no differense between stable and control groups.
