摘要
结合 1999年FIDIC新版合同条件 ,就新旧两个合同条件文本的某些主要差异进行了初步分析 ,以共同提高合同管理的研究和实践水平 ,供业内人士研究参考。
Combined with the FIDIC contract conditions published in 1999 the differences between the new and old editions of FIDIC contract conditions are primarily analyzed in order to improve the contract management and provide references for people engaged in relevant area.
