衬板对研磨体分级机理的初步探讨

摘要 角螺旋衬板的螺旋角与磨机回转方相相同时,研磨体有明显的正向分级现象,反之,有明显的反分级现象。研磨体的反分级现象导致磨机不能正常生产,细度难以控制。曲面锥形分级衬板也可彻底消除研磨体的反分级现象。采用锥形分级衬板进行改造,效果明显。 When the direction of screw angle of angular screw liner is as same as the rotation direction of the mill, obvious positive grading phenomena to the grinding media will be appeared. Otherwise, obvious negative grading phenomena will be occurred. The negative grading phenomena will lead to abnormal operation of the mill, and the fineness could hardly be controlled. Using curved cone stepped liners can eliminate negative grading phenomena absolutely. Reformation to mill with coned stepping liners can obtain good result,
