摘要 本文主要研究了5CrMnMo锥齿轮精锻模亚温超塑成形直接淬火,然后500℃液体软(?)化后的组织特点及对主要性能的影响。结果表明,亚温超塑成形热处理,可以得到很细的板条马氏体和少量弥散分布的铁素体基体,从而使模膛表面的显微硬度和耐磨性明显提高,同时也进一步韧化了基体。 This paper mainly investigates the structures of 5CrMnMo bevel gear precision forglng die achieved by (?)perplastic formation (?)eat treatment at subcritical temperature range and the following mitriding process, and discusses the effect of these structures on the performance's of the die.The results show that the superplastic formation beat treatment and the following nitrlding process endows the die with fine lath martensite and small amount of dispersedferrite, which sive the die a well combination of strength and toughness.The following nitriding process further enhances the microhardness and wear resistance of the die hole,meanwhile,the die matrix is also toughtened.
