摘要
从厌氧光合反应器中分离出两株光合细菌,经鉴定,S_1为泥生绿菌(Chlorobium limicola),S_2为沼泽红假单胞菌(Rhodopseudomonas palustris)。这两株光合细菌能利用多种简单有机物,并含有氢化酶,在废水净化及产甲烷方面有较广阔的应用前景。
The photosynthetic bacteria S1 and S2 are isolated from the anaerobic photo-synthetic reactor. The strain S1 is identified to be chlorobium limicola, and the strain S2 is identified to be rhodopseudomonas palustris. These two strains have great potential in purification of waste water and production of CH4, because they can utilize a few simple organic compounds and contain hydrogenase.
