摘要
本文所述的保持架注射模,需要在开模方向投影重叠位置的动、定模上分别设置滑块。通过对模具结构方案、模具工作过程、以及加工注意事项的详细分析与论述,力图让读者了解一种由动、定模分别为不同滑块提供开模动力的方法。通过对斜顶杆工作过程的逆向思考,采用拔杆为后模滑块提供动力。由于需要二次顶出,模具结构较为复杂。
Holder injection mold in this paper, needs separately setting slide blocks in active and inactive molds whose projection are overlap in line of draw. By particularly analyzing and discussing the mold's plans and structures, working process and processing notices, try hard to let readers know a method that active and inactive molds separately provide mold unloading power to different slide blocks. Through reverse thinking of working principle of inclined push rod, this mold adopts button pole to offer power to rear mold slide block. Because of demanding twice knockouts, mold structure is more complex.
