在对塑料制件结构中的侧孔和斜孔加以界定的基础上,从模具设计角度对两者进行了比较。同时,重点介绍了一种简单实用的斜孔成型脱模机构,在不增加模具制造成本的前提下,巧妙地解决了斜孔脱模的难题,并讨论了应用范围。

On the base of defining a side hole and an inclined hole in plastic structure, both are compared on the hand of mold design.Meantime,stress to introduce a simple practical demolding mechanism of inclined hole molding.Under the condition that mold manufacture cost isn't increased,successfully solve the difficulty of inclined hole demolding, and discuss its application range.
