摘要 塑料模具钢的正确使用是提高塑料模具质量的关键。预硬化型塑料模具钢SM3Cr2Mo在预硬态(硬度一般为28~35HRC)使用,不需再进行淬火、回火处理,防止了热处理所造成的变形、开裂、脱碳等缺陷,适宜制造形状复杂、大中型、精密的热塑性塑料制品成型模具。 Exactly using plastic mold steel is key of improving plastic mold quality. Prehardening plastic mold steel SM3Cr2Mo Its degree of hardness is general 28~35HRCe is used in prehardening state,and doesn't need treatment of quenching and tempering, which prevents some defects of distortion, fissuration and decarburization and etc., and is adapted for manufacturing forming molds of hot plasticity plastic produces that are of complex fashion, large or middle type and high precision.
