摘要
[目的 ]研究 2型糖尿病病人心理健康水平以及相关因素。 [方法 ]采用综合性医院焦虑抑郁量表 (HAD )和基本资料问卷 ,对 198例门诊病人作一般资料、疾病资料、焦虑抑郁水平的调查。 [结果 ] 198例 2型糖尿病病人中抑郁症患病率 2 5 .8% ,焦虑症患病率 14 .1% ,同时患有焦虑抑郁症者8.1% ;2型糖尿病病人的心理健康问题与病程长短、家庭支持度、接受健康教育情况、经济状况等因素有关。 [结论 ] 2型糖尿病病人存在心理健康问题 ,并受诸多因素的影响 ,在给予病人药物治疗的同时 ,要重视和加强心理护理。
Objective: to investigate on the status quo of mental health level and relevant factors in type 2 diabetes patients. Method: a total of 198 cases from outpatient clinic were investigated on their general information, documents of disease and the degree of anxiety and depression by filling out anxiety and depression scales for general hospital and basic information questionnaires. Result: the morbidity rate of depression among all type 2 diabetes cases accounted for 25.8%. The morbidity rate of anxiety accounted for 14.1%. The morbidity rate of all cases suffered from both depression and anxiety accounted for 8.1%.The mental health of type 2 diabetes patients was correlated with factors such as the duration of their illness, the degree of their family supports, health education they accepted, and economic state of them. Conclusion: type 2 diabetes patients had some mental health problems, which were influenced by various kinds of factors. One should pay more attention to strengthen psychological care of type 2 diabetes patients, besides to give them reasonable medication.
