摘要
研究了MgF_2薄膜对a-Si电池光伏特性的增强作用,膜厚约1000?的MgF_2簿膜可相对提高电池转换效率3％。
The performance enhancing effect of MgF2 thin film of a-Si solar cellsis studied. The results show that the thickness of MgF2 film about 1000A can relatively improve the conversion efficiency of a-Si solar cells nearly by 3%.
