摘要
对自然对流控制下水平圆管外的凝固问题进行了理论分析,对于液相区的自然对流采用边界层理论进行求解,对固相区中的温度分布则用积分近似解进行求解,得到了固液界面换热系数、凝固率的计算公式。
Solidification around horizontal cylinder controlled by natural convection is analyzed by theoretical method. Natural convection in liquid region and conduction in solid region are solved by boundary layer theory and approximate integral method, respectively. Heat transfer performance on solid-liquid interface and solidification rate are obtained.
