摘要
用过氧化氢和次氯酸钠在碱性介质中协同氧化枸橼酸维静宁产生化学发光,建立了化学发光测定枸橼酸维静宁的新方法。枸橼酸维静宁的浓度在3.0×10-6~3.0×10-4mol/L范围内与化学发光强度呈良好的线性关系,检出限为2.8×10-8mol/L。对1.0×10-5mol/L枸橼酸维静宁进行11次平行测定的相对标准偏差为1.38%。用该法测定了枸橼酸维静宁片剂的含量,结果与药典法测得值一致。
A new chemiluminescence (CL) reaction of pentoxyverine citrate -NaOCl-H_(2)O_(2 )was studied by flow injection method.The factors of influencing CL intensity were investigated .A new method based on the CL reaction for the determination of pentoxyverine citrate has been established by optimizing the experimental conditions. The linear range for the determination of pentoxyverine citrate was 3.0×10^(-6) mol·L^(-1)~3.0×10^(-4) mol·L^(-1) and the determination limit was 2.8×10^(-8 )mol·L^(-1) .The relative standard for the determination of 1.0×10^(-5 )mol·L^(-1) Pentoxyverine citrate (n=11) was 1.38% .The method has been applied to the determination of pentoxyverine citrate in tablets and the results were in good agreement with those obtained by classical method.
