酒精湿敷降低头皮静脉重复穿刺率的作用研究

Study on the effect of reducing repeated scalp vein puncture rate by alcohol wet dressing

目的探索酒精湿敷在预防头皮静脉输液中液体外渗,降低重复穿刺率方面的作用。方法 对我科2004年1-6月1 132例采用酒精棉片湿敷针眼的方法与2003年6-12月1 081例常规采用干棉球压于针眼处的两种方法进行作用比较分析。结果 两种方法在减少液体渗出,降低重复穿刺率方面有显著差异。结论 采用酒精棉片湿敷能有效地减少液体外渗,保护患儿血管,降低重复穿刺率,提高患者家属满意度。

Objective To study the effect of preventing solution exosmosis during scalp vein transfusion by alcohol wet dressing. , and to reduce the repeated puncture rate. Method compared analysis was conducted for two group patients. 1132 cases with alcohol wet dressing (patients collected from Jan. To June 2004), 1081 case with routine cotton ball press puncture point. Results There is significant difference in reducing solution exosmosis and repeated puncture rate between the two group. Conclusion The alcohol wet dressing will reduce effectively solution exosmosis, repeated puncture rate and protect children's vessel, and will improve the satisfactory degree of patient's relative.
