摘要
本文通过对几种不同钢种进行渗碳后缓冷(即渗碳法)和渗碳后快冷来检验钢的奥氏体晶粒度的试验。结果表明,渗碳后缓冷的方法所显示的奥氏体晶粒度不一定是真实的,钢试样表层(渗碳层)的真实奥氏体晶粒度比心部要细,而靠近共析层的过共析或亚共析区域往往出现粗大的奥氏体晶粒,它将对奥氏体晶粒度的评级带来困难;另外,渗碳前的加热速度亦对钢的奥氏体晶粒度有明显影响。
This paper deals with the austenite grain size through slow cold and rapid cold after carburizing to a few kinds of different steel. It was shown that the austenite grain size of slow clod after carburozing is not surely true, the true austenite grain size of sample suface layer is finer than core, over-eutectoid area or sub-eutectoid area in nearing eutectoid layer appears thick austenite grain ,it causes difficult to grade austenite grain; and heating speed befor carburizing has obvious effect on austenite grain of steel.
