摘要
本文叙述浸银对炭材料的显微结构和物理,力学性能的影响。由于银的浸入,使复合材料的抗压,抗弯及冲击强度提高近一倍左右,开口气孔率降低到1％以下,导热及电性能明显改善,热膨胀系数升高。
This paper describes the influence of impregnation of silver on microstruture and physical and mechanical properties of carbon graphite. Due to the impregnation of silver, complessive strength, flexural strength and impact strength of the composites are increased approximately one fold. The apparent porosity is decreased to less than l%.The thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity are obviously improved and the thermal expansion coeficient rise.
