摘要
催化剂载体的微结构对制成的催化剂的性能有着重要的影响。本文报道了作者采用SAXS技术对催化剂载体用活性炭微结构的研究。主要测试分析了平均孔径,孔径分布,相关距离及孔表面分维等结构参数,并对结果进行了讨论。分析表明,各种活性炭气孔中微孔,过渡孔比例以及相关距离a_c都可以有显著的差别;所有的活性炭的孔界面都具有分形特征,分维数与分维值有显著的差别。
The microstucture of catalyst supports has important effects on the properties of the so-made catalyst. This paper reports a microstructural study of some active carbons used as catalyst supports using SAXS. Structural paramters such as pore sizes, pore size distribution, correlation distances and pore surface fractal dimensions etc. are detemined and analysed, and the results are discussed. The analysis show that, for the active carbon studied,the proportion of micropores, mesopores and correlation distances can be significantly different; the pore-soiled boundaries of all active carbons are fractals with fractal dimensions markly different from 2.
