摘要
本文研究了在气体渗碳剂中添加微量稀土元素对渗碳动力学过程、金相组织和性能的影响。结果表明,加入稀土元素可使A3、20Cr、20CrMnTi钢的渗碳速度提高20~25%,表层碳浓度增高,碳化物细化,弯曲疲劳和耐磨性得到改善。并能使其渗碳温度降至870℃。
The effect of the microadditional rare earth elements on diffusion kinetics,microstructures and properties of gas carburization was studied.The experimental results show that,with the addition of RE,the carburized rate of A_3, 20Cr, 20CrMnTi steel creased by 20~25% and the content of carbon in surface layer is associated with rising, the carbide particles are refined,the bending fatigue life and wear resistance are improved,and their carburized temperature can be lowered to 870℃.
