药皮成分对电焊条能耗的影响规律研究

摘要 本文利用二次回归正交设计得出的回归方程系数之间不相关这一优点,分析了J506焊条正接和反接施焊时能耗、熔化和熔敷性能对药皮成分的回归方程,获得了大理石/萤石、石英、钛铁、稀土镁和铁粉对能耗的影响规律、并对这些规律进行了分析。 In this paper,by means of the advantages of disinterrelat ion-among coefficients of the regression equtions established by the ma the -matical method of quadratic regression orthogonal design and opti miz -ation,the regression equtions of electricity consumption of low hydrogen type basic electrod (J506)versus covering compositions are investigated whenD.C is used with the electrode positive and negative. The main covering compositions of influence on energy consumption are deter mined and their influence rules are gained. Further the mechanism of their influences is analysed.
