Study on how to choose the management system for the expressways in China

近年来,面对总体布局的连线成网和管理任务的日益繁重,如何协调建设与管理之间的关系,如何建立一个良性的高速公路管理体制,成为业内关注的热点与难点问题。本文着重在现状评价与趋势分析的基础上,提出未来时期改进高速公路管理体制的若干政策建议。

Over the past few years, the connection and management on the overall layout of road net w ork is g e t t i n g m o r e burdensome. How to coordinated the construction and management, and how to build up a sound expressway management system are becoming moredifficult and drawing more attention. Based on the review of existing system and analysis on the future trends, this article provides some suggestions on future policies to improve the expressway management system.
