摘要
本文根据“闪蒸原理”设计了蓖麻油连续脱水反应装置,在单因子试验和正交试验基础上,确定了最佳工艺条件,产品DCO碘值可达134.39,为工业化连续生产DCO提供了设计依据。
In this paper, the unit of continuous dehydration of castor oil is designed according to the 'flash principle' .By using the single fac tor and orthogonalizing tests,the optimum technological conditions are found. The iondine value of DCO come up to 134.39. It provides the reliable base for commerical deshign.
