用渐增负荷驯化法确定毒物对微生物的抑制性

摘要 本文所介绍的方法是用8个容积为10L的完全混合静态反应器,以1~2天为一个阶段使毒物负荷逐段递增,微生物逐渐得到驯化,在逐级筛选中最终测定出抑制浓度。设备、操作简易,而且由于反应液切合实际,又消除了冲击负荷及体积改变的影响,所得结果准确实用,可得出正常运转中最大毒物负荷,藉以确定废水生物处理的最大能力和前处理工艺。 The test indroduced in this paper uses eight 10L complete mixing static reactors with a step up toxic load and 1-2 day-duration of each step operation. As the microorganisms have acclimated gradually and the toxic loads have screened step by step, the biological inhibition concentration is determined eventually. Because a practical react liquid is used and the effects of instantaneous schock and the change in volume are avoided, the measurements are exact and practical. They can be used as the maximum toxic load for assessing the maximum biological treatability and choosing the proper preliminary treatment processes of wastewater.
